TEMPLESPA Retreat

1. Vouchers feature a unique reference code, which must be quoted at the time of booking and redemption.  2. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.  3. Bookings are subject to availability and exclusions dates may apply.   4. In order to redeem a voucher, you must present it to The Manor House Hotel within the valid redemption period. If you do not redeem the voucher within the redemption period, the voucher expires automatically. The voucher cannot be redeemed after the expiry date, and you are not entitled to any reimbursement or compensation.  5. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the voucher does not entitle the holder to receive the offering at a specific time. You should book in with The Manor House Hotel at an early stage.   6. Experience vouchers are redeemable in their entirety only. They may not be redeemed partially or incrementally. If, for whatever reason, you redeem the voucher for less than the original (un-discounted) value of the offering, you are not entitled to a credit, cash refund or new voucher for the difference between the original (un-discounted) value and the redeemed value.  7. Monetary Value vouchers are redeemable in their entirety only. They may not be redeemed partially or incrementally. If, for whatever reason, you redeem the voucher for less than the original (un-discounted) value of the offering, you are not entitled to a credit, cash refund or new voucher for the difference between the original (un-discounted) value and the redeemed value.  8. Reservations for food and accommodation require pre-booking, 48 hours in advance. Booking can be made by contacting The Manor House Hotel directly.   9. Bookings are subject to availability and exclusion dates may apply.   10. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with discounts.
