Meditation & Mindful Flow

Arrive, Breathe & Awaken

Begin your retreat by taking a moment to truly arrive. Noreen will gently guide you through a beautiful meditation in the peaceful space above the hall, creating time to step away from the outside world, settle into the space, breathe deeply and simply be. Once we’ve landed, we’ll gently awaken the body through mindful movement and flowing sequences, accompanied by beautiful music. There’s no pressure to perform or get anything “right” — just an invitation to move, stretch, breathe and reconnect with yourself. A soft and nurturing way to begin the day, bringing you into your body, calming the mind and creating space for everything the retreat has to offer.

The Bollywood Dancing Experience

Uplift & Energise

Get ready to move, smile and have some fun with our authentic Bollywood dancing experience! You’ll be guided through some of the vibrant, expressive and beautiful moves of Bollywood dance, learning easy-to-follow routines and discovering the joy, energy and playfulness that comes with this colourful style of dance. Along the way, you’ll also learn a little about the history and cultural background of Bollywood, giving you a deeper insight into how this unique dance style has evolved.

Let go of your inhibitions, have fun and move to the music and immerse yourself in a little taste of Bollywood magic! A joyful experience of movement, rhythm, culture and connection, bringing a little Bollywood sparkle to the Manor Autumn Retreat.

Sound Journey

Nourish, Relax & Receive

After enjoying a nutritious and delicious lunch served in the beautiful Knights Hall, there’ll be time to pause, relax and simply receive.

Noreen will guide you through a deeply relaxing Sound Journey, using a beautiful blend of therapeutic instruments including gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, handpan, chimes and other soothing sounds Allow the vibrations and gentle sounds to wash over you, creating space to slow down, breathe and reconnect with yourself. This is a wonderful opportunity to set your intentions for the Autumn season ahead, reflect on all that you’re grateful for and take some precious time just for you. From there, you’ll have two blissful hours to unwind and enjoy the beautiful Manor House Spa, the perfect way to finish your journey of relaxation, reflection and renewal.
